Account Setup
Configure your profile, billing, and preferences.
Profile
Go to Settings → Profile to configure:
- Display name — shown across the platform
- AI Model preference — choose between Auto (recommended), Claude, or GPT-4o for the co-pilot
- Theme — light, dark, or system
Billing
Go to Settings → Billing or Usage & Billing to manage:
- View your current plan and subscription status
- Add or update your payment method
- See usage breakdown (call minutes, phone numbers, pending charges)
- View invoice history

All plans include pay-as-you-go voice minutes — you only pay for what you use.
API Keys
Go to Settings → API Keys to manage your Retell API key. This is used for custom integrations and advanced configuration.
Custom Fields
Go to Settings → Custom Fields to define typed fields for your contacts:
- Text — free-form text
- Number — numeric values
- Date — date picker
- Select — dropdown with predefined options
- Boolean — true/false toggle
Custom fields appear on contact detail pages and can be used in automation rule conditions.
