Building Agents

AI Co-Pilot Builder

Describe your agent in plain English and let AI build it for you.

The AI co-pilot is the fastest way to build a voice agent. Instead of configuring nodes manually, you describe what you want in a conversation and the AI generates the complete flow.

How It Works

The co-pilot guides you through 4 phases:

1. Discovery

The co-pilot asks about your use case:

  • What does the agent do?
  • What industry is it for?
  • What tone should it use?
  • What information should it collect?
  • Does it need to book appointments or transfer calls?

Pro tip: The more specific you are upfront, the better the generated flow. Include the agent's name, transfer numbers, and specific questions it should ask.

2. Building

Based on your description, the co-pilot:

  • Generates the complete conversation flow
  • Creates all nodes (conversation, logic splits, transfers, etc.)
  • Sets up dynamic variables for personalization
  • Configures voicemail handling

3. Ready

You see a summary of what was built:

  • Agent name and personality
  • Conversation structure
  • Data collection fields
  • Integration points (calendar, transfers)

4. Refining

After testing, you can refine:

  • Send test call transcripts back to the co-pilot
  • Ask for specific changes ("make the greeting shorter", "add a question about budget")
  • The co-pilot updates the flow without rebuilding from scratch

Interactive Widgets

During the conversation, the co-pilot shows inline widgets:

Example Prompts

Lead qualification:

"Build an outbound agent that calls leads, asks about their company size, budget, and timeline, then schedules a demo if qualified. Professional tone, agent name Sarah."

Appointment reminder:

"I need an agent that calls patients to remind them about their upcoming dental appointment. Confirm if they can make it, offer to reschedule if not. Warm and friendly tone."

Customer survey:

"Create an agent that calls customers after a service visit, asks them to rate their experience 1-5, and collects any feedback. Short and respectful."
