Adding Contacts
- Manual — click "New Contact" and fill in details
- CSV Import — bulk import with automatic field mapping
- CRM Import — coming soon (HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
Contact Fields
Phone number (required), name, email, company, tags, disposition, custom fields, and Do Not Call flag.
DNC Management
When DNC is enabled, the contact is excluded from campaigns and direct calls are blocked.
