After every call, AI extracts structured data from the transcript.

System Fields

  • call_outcome — interested, not_interested, callback, voicemail, wrong_number, DNC
  • interest_level — high, medium, low, none
  • do_not_call_requested — true/false

Custom Fields

Add your own: string, enum, boolean, or number types. Configure in Agent Settings → Post-Call Analysis.

Contact Enrichment

Map PCA fields to contact properties via the Contact Enrichment Mapping panel. Data flows automatically after each call.
